Support Elements & Who Can Benefit?
SME Status
Businesses with fewer than 250 employees and annual turnover below 250 million TRY.
No Prior TÜBİTAK Support
Firms that have not previously received support from TÜBİTAK 1501 or 1507 are prioritized.
Technology-Based Project
Firms with projects targeting original, new technology or product development.
Domestic Legal Entity
Domestic legal entities registered in Turkey.
Support Items
Personnel Expenses
Salary expenses of R&D personnel involved in the project.
Machinery, Equipment and Software
Equipment, test devices and software expenses required for the project.
Service Procurement
Testing, analysis, consulting and project management service costs.
Travel Expenses
Domestic travel and accommodation expenses within the project scope.
